Ryko Děčín, a Czech manufacturer and supplier of rail gear sets, built a new hall for its production this August. Our company Adamec Crane Systems once again supplied new cranes for its operation.
It was necessary to supply a crane track with a total length of over 32 meters to the completely new hall of prefabricated construction. In order not to limit production to a certain section, or to be able to lift a heavier load using two cranes, the track is dimensioned for the full descent of the cranes to each other until they touch. The cranes are equipped with 5-ton Stahl CraneSystems hoists.
For the needs of moving loads over shorter distances, typical for example when operating machine tools, a column crane with a lifting capacity of 1500 kg was also supplied. The crane is fully motor-controlled and the crane arm can rotate 360°. When laying the foundation for the crane, cooperation with the construction company was necessary, as the reinforcing cage had to be precisely placed in the foundation being constructed.
